Where does GravN ship?
GravN serves destinations that are enabled in Shopify checkout and have a valid shipping rate. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability for your location.
Why can one order arrive in separate packages?
Items can be routed through different fulfillment locations. Separate packages may be the fastest available path and can generate more than one tracking number.
When will tracking appear?
Tracking is emailed after the supplier and carrier process the shipment. It can take a short time after the order confirmation before the first carrier scan appears.
What if tracking stops updating?
Allow several business days for the next carrier scan. If the order is outside the expected window, use the contact form and include the order number and tracking link.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated from the destination and the currently available route. The final amount is shown before payment at checkout.
