Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
To request a return, email info@apexchatbot.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back before your return is approved. Return instructions and the return address are shared after review.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
Opened oral-care products and other personal-care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
If your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable law.
